Setting Your Expectations

• Initial Measure 
  The designer and contractor come to your home to take measurements of your project and discuss different design options.  This first consultation is free of charge.
  
  
• Design Review 
  We meet at our showroom to review the comprehensive design and budget package we put together for you.  You are walked through our selection of cabinets, appliances, plumbing, lighting, flooring, granite, etc.  We have already chosen a package that is best suited to your project and budget.  No overwhelming decision making, we’ve done it for you!
  
  
• Contract and Remeasure
  We return to your home to remeasure, go over final details, and sign the contract.  We collect a deposit on the cabinets so we can place the order.
  
  
• Order Process Time
  Your project is usually started 5 to 8 weeks from the time of signing.
  
  
• Demolition
  We remove old cabinets, appliances, etc.  We do not start until your cabinets are on their way.  This helps us to avoid any delays or stops in construction and installation.
  
  
• Remodel
  Whether it is simple drywall patching or adding entire walls, we take care of  the remodeling before the cabinets are delivered.
  
  
• Cabinet Installation
  We deliver and install your new cabinets. All installation and remodel work is done by C,R,D&R Lic# 829575.
  
  
• Countertop
  Depending what material you chose, the steps involved vary.  If you chose granite, someone comes out to create a template, the countertops are fabricated at the shop, and then they are installed.
  
  
• Appliance Installation
  Appliances are usually installed during the granite fabrication process.
  
  
• Plumbing Hooked Up
  After the countertops are put in the sinks and other plumbing fixtures can be installed and hooked up.
  
  
• Clean-up
  We remove all of our tools, excess items, etc. and clean your kitchen from floor to ceiling.
  
  
• Walk Through
  We walk through your project with you to make sure you are satisfied with every aspect of your new kitchen.  If you have a concern it is addressed immediately.
  
  
• Move Into Your Beautiful New Kitchen
  This is where it all pays off.  You now have a beautiful new kitchen to move into and enjoy!
